By the end of my tenure I was leading the Collector's franchise business unit as it's General Manager. PicPay grew to be Brazil's biggest mobile payment app thanks in no small part to it's famous cashback promotions. These campaigns were set up and managed by a proprietary tool called Growthdash, the front-end for a robust engine capable of processing millions of transactions per day validating their eligibility for a cash reward.

My work on PicPay started off from humble but creative beginnings. Working with the then fledgeling Growth team, I've designed hundreds of assets to be used in a variety of ads, communication pieces, presentations, print, merch, apparel, etc. Even though my role evolved drastically throughout the years from an artistic one to the analytical and managerial, I'd still find time create new designs now and then.
